| Tour of Operations
 This tour will show you the job process. It will demonstrate the interaction between H.O.W.D.Y. Media members and our clients.
Members are who do work on the jobs. Every member uses the 'Member Job Status' to report what work they have done on each job. Members are graded and charge by rates that reflect the skill levels. Their grade is influenced by the 'Customer Satisfaction Form' that is filled out at the completion of a job.
The clients have access to status of a job via the internet. The 'Customer Job Status' page is a ledger styled database that contains current job status, balance information and an itemized breakdown of all activities. It becomes available to review once a new job has a job number assigned to it. Every client is given a log in name and password that they must use to access this information.
